We provide consultancy services to our clients in the areas of compliance with personal data protection regulations, including the implementation of compliance processes in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our services also include guidance on data breach notifications and the transfer of personal data abroad.

• Identification and analysis of obligations under personal data protection regulations

• Preparation of data inventories, corporate policies, relevant declarations for data transfers abroad, and all necessary documentation as required by the regulations

• Coordination with clients' IT departments to ensure the compliance of their data recording systems with relevant regulations and providing guidance for achieving compliance

• Offering in-house training to all client departments (e.g., legal, HR, IT, marketing, public relations) on personal data protection regulations
