Biography

With over 15 years of experience, Çağrı Arsın specializes in corporate law, contract law, and investment processes. He also provides legal consultancy and litigation services in employment law, real estate law, and lease law.

Throughout his career—at our firm as well as in previous positions at law firms and as in-house legal counsel—Çağrı has gone beyond traditional legal advisory services. He has worked closely with departments managing finance, human resources, risk analysis, and day-to-day operations to conduct financial and operational risk assessments related to business activities. This hands-on approach has enabled him to develop legal solutions that align with the commercial realities and needs of client companies.​
