He also has expertise in managing administrative processes for companies operating in sectors such as healthcare, textiles, and construction, and in drafting contracts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulations. In the process of institutionalizing traditional family-owned businesses, he has played an active role in shaping the company's management structure, transitioning to a professional setup, facilitating digital transformation, and organizing the corporate structure.

 

As a lawyer with both academic and professional experience in information technology law and economic crimes, Yiğit Efe Kılıç continues to work on specializing in these areas. Additionally, he provides preventive legal services to his clients through the contracts he drafts across a wide range of sectors.
