Halil Ünlütepe

Biography

With nearly 50 years of professional experience, Halil Ünlütepe has handled litigation in real estate, construction, inheritance, and divorce law, as well as administrative and criminal law matters.

 A former Member of the Turkish Parliament for Afyonkarahisar during the 22nd and 23rd legislative terms, he has also served as a Delegate to the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, a Member of the Board of the Afyonkarahisar Bar Association, and a Member of the Afyonkarahisar Municipal Council. During his tenure in Parliament, he contributed to the drafting and enactment of key legislative texts, including the Turkish Commercial Code, the Turkish Code of Obligations, the Civil Procedure Code, the Turkish Penal Code, and the Code of Criminal Procedure.​
